MarsDrive

The MarsDrive Space Access plan is about focusing on the "big" picture when it comes to enabling a future for humans in space and on Mars. We believe that as long as Mars missions and space travel remains prohibitively expensive for all but large government agencies or the very wealthy a viable solar system economy which includes everything from mining near earth asteroids to colonies on Mars will remain a neglected field of interest and very few members of the public will get to go, if any. This is why the space access plan, which is similar to the philosophy of other space organizations has been adopted by MarsDrive.

Your support for MarsDrive means we will be able to enact our plans to support the new private space industries, which in turn are working on making space travel affordable for us all. Many of these new companies struggle to start up and many have great ideas but lack the intial funds(and popular support) to get going. Among our other goals we aim to provide strategic support to these new space companies and researchers with our grants and infrastructure development fund which your support will enable, and what's best is you get to vote on where those funds go. So when someone asks you, "What's MarsDrive all about?" or "Why should I join?" tell them it's because we aim to help them achieve their own space visions via their direct support and involvement, including space tourism, the Moon, Mars and beyond.
